We’re counting down the days… and it’s not until Christmas. We’re talking about the entry period for the 2015 Fast 50 awards closing on July 31st.
If you’ve been on the fence for a while, wondering whether to enter, then the first thing you need to know is that it’s a simple, easy and fast process!

Throughout the entry period we’ve been posting stories of various companies who have previously entered and gone onto great things.
Take Flight Coffee for example who came in at 39th place last year with a 237% increase in revenue. This is a business made of self-confessed 'coffee geeks' who believe in progression, curiosity, and sustainable farming with a focus on ensuring that every person in the supply chain is remunerated accordingly.

Or perhaps you’re a business who considers themselves somewhat of a rising star? We also have a category just for you!
This category is specific to those businesses that have been registered and running for one year. Shortlisted finalists are then invited to take part in a fun and interactive session where they take the hot seat and pitch their business to a panel of experts.
Craft beer bar, Good George Brewing, won last year’s regional rising star category for the Waikato. General Manager, Darrel Hadley says he enjoyed the opportunity to take stock of what they had achieved.
“It was a ‘Dragons Den’ style presentation so it was challenging but ultimately very rewarding as it forced us to think strategically about the future of the business."

But entering the Fast 50 isn’t just about what it can do for your own business profile.
According to CEO of Pure SEO, Richard Conway, being placed on the Fast 50 list offers a boost for the whole company.
“Things like this have boosted morale and given the Pure family some ratification that what they are doing is having an impact. I couldn’t be prouder of the team that we have assembled and anything that highlights their efforts has to be good”.
At our launch events, CEO and founder of NZ tech company MyWave, Geraldine McBride, encouraged any fast growth company to enter saying, “it’s lovely to see Kiwi’s on a mission and taking on the world”.
So if your business is blazing a trail then we’d love to see you on our Fast 50 list!
You don’t need to be taking on the world to enter but you do need to be in to win!
In the words of Nike – just do it.
